Dibia DREAM envisions a future where all young minds in Miami, particularly those from underserved communities, have equitable access to the exciting world of STEM. We address this critical need through a comprehensive approach – DREAM Academy, STEM Saturdays, and SPRK Summer Institute. These free programs offer Miami's youth (ages 7-16) engaging experiences in cyber security, AR/VR, coding, robotics, climate change, and even astronomy! Our model fosters a love for STEM, ignites curiosity, and equips students with the necessary skills to thrive in the ever-evolving world of technology.
With a goal of reaching over 5,000 youth and families annually, Dibia DREAM is building a critical STEM pipeline, empowering Miami's future generation of innovators and leaders. Our sustainability plan relies on a strong network of partnerships with local schools, community centers, and tech companies. These collaborations allow us to leverage resources, expand our reach, and offer enriching experiences. By fostering a collaborative ecosystem, Dibia DREAM ensures long-term impact, empowering Miami's youth to become the architects of a brighter, more technologically advanced future.
