Digital Pathways is a tech enabled capacity building initiative that leverages a suite of services, software, and hardware to accelerate the digital transformation of 500 BIPOC founders in Miami Opportunity Zone neighborhoods over three years. This initiative trains and supports micro businesses to optimize business operations and increase revenue by incorporating 21st century technology solutions. Digital Pathways enhances business resilience and continuity through automating core business activities and connecting BIPOC founders, including those with physical disabilities, with the targeted technical assistance necessary to transition to a tech-enabled operational structure. Specifically, it helps recipients to: Relaunch their business with a 21st century competitive operations after COVID 19 shutdown and slowdown; Develop new tech enabled business models for startups or post-failure organizations; and Build capacity of small business owners to effectively incorporate technology solutions to optimize their business operations and increase the business’ resiliency and capacity for growth.
